Studio NSQ

Visions · Designs · Visuals

We design the experience before we design the space.

Architecture, interiors and visual worlds shaped around the people who will inhabit them.

A place is never only seen.

It is approached. Entered. Heard. Remembered. We compose those moments as one continuous experience—from the first idea to the final atmosphere.

Visions

Before there is a plan, there is a possibility.

We uncover the idea that gives a project its identity: what it should make possible, how it should feel and why it deserves to exist.

Concept positioning · Spatial narratives · Design direction

Designs

Identity, given form.

Architecture and interiors resolved through proportion, movement, light, material and detail. Every decision belongs to the same point of view.

Visuals

Make the unseen tangible.

We create cinematic visual worlds that allow clients, partners and buyers to feel a project before it is built.

Visualisation · Private presentations · Spatial storytelling
Conceptual Studio NSQ interior visual study

Sell the identity, not the unit.

For selected residences and developments, Studio NSQ creates buyer-specific design directions, cinematic visualisations and private presentations. Different audiences can recognise themselves in the same exceptional property without diluting the architecture or the brand behind it.

Discuss a private positioning study

Some work is best understood in confidence.

Studio NSQ works across private residences, hospitality, architectural concepts and buyer-specific visual studies. Complete commissions are shared directly with prospective clients and collaborators, in the context they deserve.

The public imagery includes Studio NSQ visual studies and is presented as an expression of the studio’s design language, not as construction documentation.

Conceptual private architecture presentation

We begin with the question the brief has not yet asked.

  1. 01

    Listen

We look beyond requirements to understand the people, rituals, ambitions and constraints that should shape the project.

  2. 02

    Position

We define the central idea—the reason every later decision will feel related rather than merely coordinated.

  3. 03

    Compose

Architecture, interiors, light, material and objects are developed as one experience, at every scale.

  4. 04

    Reveal

We make the proposal tangible through imagery and presentation, so decisions can be felt as clearly as they can be evaluated.

Abstract material self-portrait in the Studio NSQ design language

A studio shaped by exacting worlds.

Studio NSQ is led by Khalid “Kay” Ghobashi, whose point of view is formed between Dutch clarity and Egyptian warmth: a regard for order, atmosphere and the quiet intelligence of materials.

The studio is not built around one signature look. It is built around reading how a place should receive a person - through sequence, proportion, shadow, tactility and the moments that remain after the room is left.

Designed for one conversation.

Selected projects are presented in secure, client-specific environments—bringing narrative, visualisation, material direction and decision-ready detail into one considered experience.

Every remarkable place begins before the first line is drawn.
